Welcome to Martensdale-St. Marys Junior/Senior High School!

School Permits
School Permits

Students who qualify for a Minor School License (School Permit) are encouraged to learn more about the requirements to obtain said license through the Iowa Department of Transportation here:  Minor School License ( https://iowadot.gov/mvd/driverslicense/under-18)Students must download the Minor School License Affidavit Here:  Minor School License Affidavit (https://iowadot.seamlessdocs.com/f/AffidavitforSchoolLicense) and once complete, make arrangements to have the Superintendent sign the form verifying eligibility.
