Facilities Planning

The Martensdale-St. Marys began a study into its current facilities in January 2023. Through this process, the District contracted Denovo Construction Services out of West Des Moines to provide a Facilities Condition Report.

The Board of Directors received this report on September 11, 2023, in its Regular Meeting and it was decided that next steps would be to hold Community Meetings in October 2023 to review this report with the community and gather input from stakeholders.

This work was completed with a Facilities Committee Recommendation to the Board of Directors and the formalization of a plan in April, 2024.
