GENERAL NEWS

NHS and LifeServe have partnered for the fall blood drive at MStM.  Please consider donating on Monday, October 21, between 3 and 7 pm.  Please contact a member of NHS or Mr. Olson to secure an appointment.

 

The MStM junior class is taking orders for “Boo To You’ Hershey bar Halloween grams, which will be delivered on Thursday, October 31st.  They cost $2.00 each and orders must be returned to school by Friday, October 25th, at noon.  Order forms can be picked up in the office.  Thank you for supporting this junior class Prom fundraiser!

 

October is here!  You know what that means!  FCCLA is once again taking part in #SOCKTOBER.  We will be collecting new socks (of all sizes) in the elementary and high school offices, as well as in Mrs. Gladson’s room.  Thank you in advance for helping keep the toes of those less fortunate warm this fall!

 

SENIOR HIGH

Juniors: Please bring 2 packages of 6 regular size Hershey’s chocolate bars for Boo Grams for prom fundraising by Thursday, October 24th.  These can be dropped off in the high school office or delivered to Mrs. Franey’s classroom.

 

Students: It is time to sign up for Career Advantage Online Courses through DMACC for the spring semester.  Get the registration form and class list from the Guidance Office.

 

Seniors – Your senior photos and baby photos for the yearbook are due in to the yearbook staff by the end of 1st semester, which is January 17th.  They can be dropped off to Mrs. Watson in Room 114. 

 

Ms. Benson will be offering ACT prep in her room on Monday mornings from 8:00 – 8:30.

VIP Parking raffle tickets for winter sports season on sale now!!

The VIP Parking space (on the southwest corner of the school) is once again ‘up for grabs!’  There will be 3 “VIP” winners drawn for the winter sports seasons: 

  1. 1stHalf-Basketball VIP (for home games during Nov-Dec19)
  2. 2ndHalf-Basketball VIP (for home games during Jan/Feb)
  3. Wrestling VIP (all home meets)

Winter raffle tickets are being sold at home volleyball and football games during the month of October, or you can also contact the MStM Post Prom Committee directly via email at mstmpostprom@mstm.us  (add subject:  VIP Winter Ticket Purchase) to request raffle ticket entries into the sport season of your choice.  1 ticket = $2.00 or 6 tickets = $10.00.  All proceeds go directly to benefit Post Prom.
