GENERAL NEWS

Any student who is interested in going out for cross country next fall should sign up in the office by today.  There will be an informational meeting at noon today in Ms. Benson’s room for those who will be participating.

 

The MStM cheerleaders are holding their annual Thirty-One sale now through today!  If you are interested in placing an order, please contact your favorite MStM Cheerleader, Mrs. Franey, or Kim Phinney.  You can order online by going to Kim’s website: www.mythirtyone.com/kphin.  Thank you for supporting this MStM Cheerleading fundraiser!    

 

SENIOR HIGH

The following HS boys’ track team members need to turn in their track gear: Derek Kleve, Carson Elbert, Troy Holt, William Amfahr, Dustin Ralls, Sampson Henson, and Keagan Searl.  Please drop these off to Mr. Seeman either today or tomorrow.

 

Any junior who is interested in a career in Special Education, please go to the Guidance Office for a scholarship opportunity.

 

Juniors – Remember that your senior class shirt orders are due back to the office no later than 2:00 p.m. today.  No late orders will be accepted.  You can purchase short sleeve shirts or a crew neck sweatshirt.  This is a one-time only order through Jostens and shirts will be delivered during the first week of school next year.  Please note that checks must be made payable to MACC. 

 

Love working with kids?  Over the age of 16?  The daycare is looking for a high school student to work approximately 6 hours a day this summer, beginning June 2nd.  If you are interested, please email sandi_christensen@mstm.us

 

Job Opportunity: MStM is looking to hire a part-time custodian for the rest of the spring and summer, preferably someone who is 18 years old. The position will be anywhere from 10-20 hours per week for the remainder of the school year, and up to 40 hours per week over the summer. Pay is $10/hr. Students who are interested can contact Brian Sweet to apply.

 

There is an opportunity located in Martensdale for either part time or full time work over the summer involving welding and metal fabrication. If you are interested, please see Mr. Davis for more details.

2 people, 18 yrs or older, Floor Sales – pull orders and take payment – $13-$14/hr

5-6 people, 18 yrs or older, Production – $12-$13/hr for summer
