The Martensdale-St. Marys Community School District partners with Street Smarts to provide Drivers Education Services.

Minor's Restricted License Signing
Special Minor's Restricted License

Students who qualify for a Special Minor's Restricted License (formerly the Minor School License (School Permit)) are encouraged to learn more about the requirements to obtain said license through the Iowa Department of Transportation here:  Special Minor's Restricted License

Students must download the Special Minor's Restricted License Affidavit Here:  Special Minor's Restricted License Affidavit and once complete, make arrangements to have the Superintendent sign the form verifying eligibility.
